Which groups can/should I join?

Norfolk groups conform to district council boundaries, apart from around Norwich. Norwich Freegle covers the greater urban area of Norwich, including areas such as Costessey and Sprowston. A map is linked above.

You should send your messages to the group for your district, although you are welcome to join and read/reply to messages on more than one group if you wish. You can also post messages to your neighbouring groups as long as you have had already tried your local group - please wait a week before doing this, and make sure you state you have already tried your local group. Do not post to multiple groups at the same time. Details.
